Floriculture
Are you creative? Do you like live plants and flowers? In Floriculture, students gain hands on experience following the seasonal operations of an on-site floral and gift shop. Topics covered include applied floral design, as well as basic safety systems, applied plant science/systems, horticulture employability, leadership/community stewardship, marketing and sales, business management, along with customer service. A Certificate of Completion is offered.
